Sort orders are newest, highest pay, and best evidence match. Nobody can buy position. Match reasons are shown on every result so the ranking can be audited.
Searches, shortlists, alerts, and application pipelines live in your browser. No external application is sent from the studio, and no employer sees your shortlist.
Pipeline conversion rates are computed from your own recorded application history. They describe your search, not a benchmark we invented.
Everything lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data deletes the workspace. There is no server copy to anonymize later.
No analytics SDKs, no session recording, no third-party pixels. The only network requests are fonts and the static files of the site itself.
