Accessibility engineer

This role sits inside the design-system team. Your work is measured in audit findings that never come back: you fix the component once, document the pattern, and every product team inherits the fix.

In this role you will: write accessibility acceptance criteria into the design-system docs; pair with product teams on complex widgets (comboboxes, dialogs, tables); maintain automated accessibility regression tests in CI; report progress against WCAG 2.2 AA in plain language.

Success in the first year: Every shared component passes keyboard and screen-reader review before release.
