This role sits between engineering and the business. You own the metrics layer, keep definitions honest, and make sure a number means the same thing in every meeting.

In this role you will: build and maintain warehouse models; own company metric definitions; build decision dashboards, not decoration dashboards.

Success in the first year: Experiments ship with a readable analysis plan.
