You will work at the layer where consistency is won or lost - design tokens, component APIs, and documentation precise enough that teams stop forking components.

In this role you will: build and version shared components; maintain design tokens across platforms; write migration guides for breaking changes; track adoption and component forks.

Success in the first year: New patterns ship with docs and tests on day one.
