Design systems engineer

Runs routing and harbor logistics software for Pacific shippers. Small teams, written interview rubrics, published pay bands.

You will maintain the component library every product team builds on: tokens, primitives, docs, and the migration paths that let the system evolve without breaking consumers.

In this role you will: build and version shared components; write migration guides for breaking changes; track adoption and component forks; keep documentation runnable and current.

Success in the first year: Component forks decline as the system covers more cases.
