This role is equal parts engineering and service. The design system is a product with internal customers, and you own its roadmap: what gets built, what gets deprecated, and how teams move forward.

In this role you will: build and version shared components; maintain design tokens across platforms; write migration guides for breaking changes; track adoption and component forks.

Success in the first year: Migrations ship without breaking consumer releases.
