This is a product-engineering seat with a performance budget. You ship features, but you also own the numbers: Core Web Vitals are part of the definition of done, not a quarterly cleanup.

In this role you will: ship user-facing features with the design system; keep Core Web Vitals inside the performance budget; write component tests that survive refactors; review pull requests for accessibility and bundle impact.

Success in the first year: Design-system quality holds as usage grows.
