Frontend developer

You will work close to the design system, turning specs into interfaces that are quick, accessible, and boring in the best way - predictable for users and for the engineers who maintain them after you.

In this role you will: ship user-facing features with the design system; keep Core Web Vitals inside the performance budget; write component tests that survive refactors; document component usage for other teams.

Success in the first year: New features land inside the performance budget without exceptions.
