Frontend developer

Runs routing and harbor logistics software for Pacific shippers. Small teams, written interview rubrics, published pay bands.

You will work close to the design system, turning specs into interfaces that are quick, accessible, and boring in the best way - predictable for users and for the engineers who maintain them after you.

In this role you will: ship user-facing features with the design system; keep Core Web Vitals inside the performance budget; write component tests that survive refactors; review pull requests for accessibility and bundle impact.

Success in the first year: New features land inside the performance budget without exceptions.
