Runs routing and harbor logistics software for Pacific shippers. Small teams, written interview rubrics, published pay bands.

You will own one research track end to end: a question the team cares about, a method that fits it, and findings delivered as tested recommendations, not a slide deck nobody reads.

In this role you will: plan and run moderated customer interviews; recruit participants from the customer base; synthesize findings into tested recommendations; run usability sessions on prototypes.

Success in the first year: Every study ends with a recommendation the team acts on.

Interview process: Evidence questionnaire, work sample, panel interview. Decisions in 2 weeks.
