In this role you will: plan and run moderated customer interviews; recruit participants from the customer base; synthesize findings into tested recommendations; run usability sessions on prototypes.

Success in the first year: Customer interviews become tested product decisions.

Interview process: Portfolio review, structured technical exercise, two interviews. Decisions in 3 weeks.

The pay band for this role is published: $65,000 to $88,000 per year. This is a contract engagement. Every listing on this board carries its range and its process up front.
