You will own one research track end to end: a question the team cares about, a method that fits it, and findings delivered as tested recommendations, not a slide deck nobody reads.

In this role you will: recruit participants from the customer base; synthesize findings into tested recommendations; maintain a searchable research repository; present findings to product and leadership.

Success in the first year: Every study ends with a recommendation the team acts on.

Interview process: Portfolio review, structured technical exercise, two interviews. Decisions in 3 weeks.
