We need a researcher who turns interviews into decisions. The engagement covers a full study cycle - plan, recruit, moderate, synthesize, and present - with a written record the whole company can search.

In this role you will: plan and run moderated customer interviews; recruit participants from the customer base; maintain a searchable research repository; present findings to product and leadership.

Success in the first year: The research repository answers repeat questions without new sessions.

Interview process: Portfolio review, structured technical exercise, two interviews. Decisions in 3 weeks.
