We need a researcher who turns interviews into decisions. The engagement covers a full study cycle - plan, recruit, moderate, synthesize, and present - with a written record the whole company can search.

In this role you will: plan and run moderated customer interviews; recruit participants from the customer base; synthesize findings into tested recommendations; run usability sessions on prototypes.

Success in the first year: The research repository answers repeat questions without new sessions.

Interview process: Case review and one structured conversation. Decisions in 10 days.

The pay band for this role is published: $66,000 to $89,000 per year. This is a contract engagement. Every listing on this board carries its range and its process up front.
