QA automation engineer

Builds storefront software for independent retailers. Design-system discipline, quarterly pay-band reviews, no surprise rounds.

This role owns release confidence. You decide what gets tested at which layer, keep the suite under ten minutes, and make failures actionable instead of ignorable.

In this role you will: keep the CI suite fast and deflaked; define the test strategy per feature; track coverage of user-critical paths; triage failures into product bugs or test bugs.

Success in the first year: Flake rate stays low enough that red builds get investigated.
