Support engineer

Runs routing and harbor logistics software for Pacific shippers. Small teams, written interview rubrics, published pay bands.

This is an engineering seat on the support line. You reproduce issues in real environments, read logs before asking questions, and write answers precise enough to close the loop permanently.

In this role you will: reproduce bugs and file precise engineering tickets; write technical answers that close issues permanently; investigate data discrepancies with SQL; maintain the known-issues runbook.

Success in the first year: Repeat tickets on the same issue stop.
