Support engineer

Turns ocean and climate sensor data into open research tools. Fully remote since founding, async-first documentation culture.

This is an engineering seat on the support line. You reproduce issues in real environments, read logs before asking questions, and write answers precise enough to close the loop permanently.

In this role you will: debug API and integration issues with customers; reproduce bugs and file precise engineering tickets; write technical answers that close issues permanently; investigate data discrepancies with SQL.

Success in the first year: Repeat tickets on the same issue stop.

Interview process: Case review and one structured conversation. Decisions in 10 days.
