Support engineer

Turns ocean and climate sensor data into open research tools. Fully remote since founding, async-first documentation culture.

You will own technical escalations end to end: reproduce, diagnose, fix or file, and write the incident note that prevents the next ticket.

In this role you will: debug API and integration issues with customers; write technical answers that close issues permanently; investigate data discrepancies with SQL; maintain the known-issues runbook.

Success in the first year: Customers cite support quality in renewals.
