This role owns the company's picture of its users. You maintain the journey maps, run the study calendar, and make findings impossible to ignore by tying them to the metrics teams already watch.

In this role you will: plan and run generative and evaluative studies; maintain journey maps and personas from evidence; keep the research repository searchable; tie findings to product metrics.

Success in the first year: Usability issues are found before development, not after.
