You will run the research practice: generative studies that shape the roadmap and evaluative tests that keep shipped work honest.

In this role you will: plan and run generative and evaluative studies; maintain journey maps and personas from evidence; run usability tests on every major flow; keep the research repository searchable.

Success in the first year: Roadmap bets cite research by study name.
