You will split your time between discovery research and usability testing, with a repository discipline that lets anyone answer "what do we know about X" in minutes.

In this role you will: plan and run generative and evaluative studies; run usability tests on every major flow; keep the research repository searchable; tie findings to product metrics.

Success in the first year: The repository answers questions without new studies.
